6. will the ignorance ever stop?
7. CC! That's great to hear, and it sounds like you did a GREAT job with her! :D So I guess that means there's no chance you'd be able to adopt her? :-?
8. JUGS? That in itself is pathetic  and maybe I'm wrong but, where's the JRT in the pups? They look a lot more pug-like.. And spending $350 on a dog, just because it's "cute"? What if it turns ugly as an adult? What then? (of course no dog is ever ugly, but to someone like that, well.. you know)
9. Such ignorance irks me beyond words. I think I'm going to start donating neurons to these idiots!
10. I would say go for it, BUT is there still the issue of space? Because if there is then maybe that's something you need to take into account first, but if not, BRING THAT CUTIE HOME! definitely sounds like fate to me, or more like fate giving you a little push, if you didn't do it the first time, do it NOW!
11.
Most of the puppies(of all the breeds) pictured looked terrified. They try to make them look "cute" by putting a ball or toy with them, but it just makes them look all the more sad .
EXACTLY what I was thinking! I mean they're not even playing with the toy in the pictures! Rowie was just telling me, they don't look happy like normal puppies!
12. Awww! That's so great!!! I hope you're taking tons and tons of pictures  If not, be prepared to endure the wrath of 40-some dogomaniacs!
13. welcome pigman! I think I joined after you left, but glad to hear your a pit defender!
14. Try calming him down, petting him, speaking soothingly, give him treats, basically make him feel as relaxed as possible. Then maybe get someone to continue petting him and distracting him, while you clip his nails. Try maybe giving him a chew, or some kind of treat that he doesn't usually get, and if all goes well, praise him with more treats and attention, that way he'll learn to associate it with good things  If that doesn't work, you could resort to taking him to the vet's..
15. Thats so cute! Well, I'd never really thought of giving Clea a middle name, but I was just researching on the origins of her name, and it turns out the greek godess is Actually called "Cleadora"! I'm keeping Clea, even though you have no idea how many people ask "Clay?" when i say her name... how hard is it people. CLEE-YA!
16. paws crossed over here too!
17. Those are SO cute! I gave Clea a huge stuffed frog when she first came, and to be honest I don't know where its gone! I just see bits of stuffing in random parts of the garden!  Her fave toys are... believe it or not, my flip flops! She goes nuts for em, so i let her play with the battered up ones, only bad thing about that is that now whenever I wear flip flops, she starts biting my feet! Its weird she doesn't really like chew toys that I buy her..
18. Ah the suspense! He is adorable though!
19. Hey Crystal, Glad to hear its going better, Eating the poop? Totally normal puppy behaviour, mostly because it reminds them of the warm food their mom would throw up to feed them, but if you take away the poop soon enough, he'll lose interest and grow out of it, and biting? My friend has a Lab, Valentino, and when he was a puppy, they used a mixture of basically anything spicy in a spray bottle, like tabasco, chilli, wasabi, curry powder, etc. and he stopped biting in one week.. hope i helped
20.
Why has the vet said your dog can't have flea and tick prevention until 4 months? I guess you are worming the pup. I had my little pup on Advocate at 7 weeks of age. He then went on to Sentinel Spectrum at 3 months of age. edited to add: Why did you not remove the flea when you saw it on the pup? I agree if you see one flea then you have a colony of them. Is it possible to treat the environment if you are unable to treat the dog?
Didn't know if i should have... I'll call the vet again, and ask him about frontline, and yes I will use sprays and such to treat her bed and other places, Thanks for your help everyone!
