There's a beagle that lives two houses away named Mario. One day Mario was baying and my sister-in-law opened the back door and said "who's that yelling?" She thought it was some old lady wailing for her husband! LOL. I think she had too many Heinies the night before!

Anyway, today I also noticed that Jackie has a tiny little owie on top of her head and she has a lump on her nose. Maya didn't get any injuries. The girls are best friends again. Like Seijun said, it's just like kids when they get playing and one gets a little too rough and makes the other one mad.

Guess what Pooh Bear did today? He scratched an itch on his side with his left foot, which is the leg that was operated on! That's the first time that he's scratched with that foot since his surgery! And I found a special little spot on his back that will make him move that leg if I scratch the spot, which is also good exercise for him! I'm going to take him to the lake to swim this weekend, hopefully both days. Hopefully I'll get some pictures too.

Well, I just killed the first skeeter of the season in side. Summer in on its way (UGH).

I'm sure that when they were doing their mouthy stuff that dogs do when they're play wrestling, one of them did their fake bite a little too hard and the other one got mad. Kids!

Bitch fest going on at my house tonight! I was just sitting here on the computer, and Jackie and Maya and Pooh Bear were all being kind of wild, playing their fake wrestling. Then all of a sudden Jackie and Maya started fighting, and screaming at them wouldn't break them up. I hit them on their heads with a pillow and they finally quit. Jackie has a little teeny tiny owie (about the size of a drop of blood) on the outside of her mouth, and saw a few spots of blood on Maya but didn't find any owies on Maya, although Maya's right front leg seems sore. I'll have to keep on eye on that. I really think it was more noise than anything. Pooh Bear stayed on the futon and out of their way. It was my fault for letting them get too wild in the house. :sabber: After I checked them both over very thoroughly, Jackie and Maya kissed and made up. Now everyone is just lying around being quiet. From now on, NO wrestling in the house. There just isn't enough room in the house for them to do that.

When I used to find ticks (either on a dog or a horse), I would pull the legs off, then burn it until it popped, and then flush it down the toilet. I think it was dead by then! :ak-shot:

All three of my dogs do that. I think it's just "returning the favor" like someone else said. They're all very affectionate touchy-feely pups.

My neighbor has a Keeshound who used to come over to play with Jackie until I got Maya, and she always had poop on her butt. And the bad thing is that she was spoiled rotten and she wouldn't let them touch her butt! They had to wipe her butt as she was running by! LOL! They love their dog, but they're pretty clueless. I haven't tried vacuuming my dogs yet, but I have a real nice horse vacuum out at the barn. I'll have to try it sometime and see if they like it. It has lots of grooming attachments with it too. But of course I can't remember the brand. Maybe I'll have to bring it home and try it out on the pups one of these days.
