1. Hey HF, when did you get me done into an animation?
2. Jeese Louise! Jackie and Maya and I are downstairs watching t.v. while I'm on the computer. Pooh Bear is upstairs on the sofa looking out the window. All of a sudden he starts a barking frenzy. I just went upstairs to see what he was barking at. There's a frickin squirrel in the birdbath about 20 feet from the front window. It's not bad enough that he barks at them in the back yard. Now they're even taunting him when he's inside! Pooh Bear REALLY has an obsession with squirrels!
3. I've always had labs or Goldens, and they were all very sweet dogs. But you can find aggressive and mellow dogs in every single breed there is.
4. Ooooh, I can't wait to see the pictures!
5. I got me some edumacashyion. I don't need no stinkin' dickshunary. Or should that be a cockshunary?
6.
Does she mean hallyfrickinlooyah? :roflt:
Yeah, that's it! :modla:
7. Hallefrickinleuia! :ylsuper:
8. When you say he's "off leash" in the house, does that mean that the leash isn't attached to him, or not attached to you? When he's loose in the house, leave his leash attached so that you can grab it easily if you need to instead of having to actually attach a leash when he starts behaving.
9. Did you give him a Kong in his crate? That what I did when I crated Pooh Bear. I gave him a Kong with peanut butter in it. And I felt awful when I crated Pooh Bear too. He would cry and bark. But if I just ignored him (I know, it's hard to do), he would stop. I would just let him be. Hopefully he'll get used to it soon. Where do you have your crate? Can he see out? I had Pooh Bear's crate in the bathroom, with the bathroom door open, so he could see out. Good luck!
10. If my dogs want to sleep with me, they're more than welcome. In fact, THEY are my alarm clock. They ALL climb in bed with me (usually on top of me) to wake me up in the morning.
11. I agree that some people get carried away in some of the heated discussions (I did myself), but I like a board where people can express their opinions, however popular or unpopular they may be.
12.
       That reminds me, I was looking on a shelter website, and it said a black cat was a terrier!
LOL! Maybe they meant "terror"
13.
pain and torment unnecessarily is my view on cropped ears. They serve no purpose at all and are just purely for aesthetic purposes. Thankfully some Kennel clubs have their heads screwed on.
I agree 100%!
14. I don't know what the deal is, but today Maya and Pooh Bear are driving me crazy with their barking! Pooh Bear kept barking at squirrels in the back yard. Every time he would bark and wouldn't stop, I would go to him and make him go inside for a time-out. He had LOTS of those today. Saying "that's enough" works sometimes, but when he gets going, he gets mommie-deaf. And then when we came inside, Maya and Pooh Bear were upstairs on the sofa looking out the window and barking at everything that moved outside. I had the front and back door windows open too, so I suppose they could hear more things outside. Finally, I shut both the front door and back door and made everyone come downstairs for a nap. Peace and quiet at last! Sheesh! Of course Jackie the princess was quiet the whole time.
15. Kat, you're absolutely right that I need a new picture in my avatar. I've seen some that show several pictures, like a slide show. Can anyone tell me how to do that? In the meantime, I'll see if I can find a picture of all three of them together.
16. Smooshie, I saw Pooh Bear's picture on Petfinder.com several times. He had been adopted out and returned twice (due to no fault of his own). The last time he showed up on the site I figured he was meant to join my family! He looks like a little Jackie, and the three dogs act like they've been together forever! He's a wonderful little guy.
17. Yay! Another happy ending! I just love those! That's pretty funny about your son putting him in the yard, just figuring that's what you normally do. Too bad he didn't tell you though!
18. I'm so sorry your aunt lost her dog. That's so sad. I'm glad she has the other dog to help her get through the loss.
19. LOL - great picture of the Great Escape! I know that Pooh Bear would chew his way out of that.
20.
Tammy gets cookies! and remember Big girls are da BOM! :D
Tammy is da bomb!

23. Unfortunately, it seems that the majority of people who have wild animals as pets are the kind of people who absolutely don't have a clue and shouldn't even have domesticated pets. GRRR!
24. Poor thing! I agree with what some other people have said in other posts: I hate people! Hopefully the AC will find that he'll be rehomeable.
25. Tammy to the rescue again! Good for you! I can't wait to see pictures of your new foster!!
