JackieMaya Posted March 22, 2003 Posted March 22, 2003 I would love to send in some video clips of my two girls to the Funniest Pets show sometime, but the video camera I have now doesn't allow me to download clips to the internet. Have any of you had your pets on any of the Animal Planet shows? If the Animal Planet was the only t.v. channel I got, I would be happy (and my dogs too). Quote

Luka-pop Posted March 22, 2003 Posted March 22, 2003 A long time ago, before she died, I taped my hamster (I adopted her with two paralyzed hind legs) wiggling her but to clim up her cage. It was sooo funny cuz she wiggled on beat, like right, left, right, left... But now I can't find which tape it's in :( . I would send Luka in if he did anything funny, but he's a very serious dog... Can't you just send a tape in to their address, not the internet? Quote

It's like SO my fave show! :lol: My b/f keeps bugging me cuz EVERYTIME he comes over here it's on! :lol: But I swear, it just works out that way! It's not ALWAYS on!!! I was watching it the other day, and it was on Pet Stars, and the one chick was trying to get her dog to do the trick, and was running around going "Special Special Trick" man, it was HALARIOUS! Hobbit Posted March 23, 2003 Posted March 23, 2003 The sire (Rogue's Tuff) of two of my dogs was featured on Animal Planet a while back. It was a segment on Australian Kelpies. Rogue's Tuff belongs to Jim Etling. They both were stars for a little while! Quote

And a Dane breeder we know will soon be on That's My Baby! I'm really excited to see that episode! You can send in a regular video tape through the mail to the show. They will pay you $100 for each clip they use! Quote

I really don't like the host. She's too... umm... well, I don't know but I just don't like her. Also, I don't like it when people make their pet do funny stuff that's already been on there... I mean, come on! The dog on a surf board thing is gettin old! But, I do like the show. Quote

However Sassy did get her picture featured on the front page of our local paper ! They were doing an article on Dog Trainers , and just happened to come to our class to take the pictures for the article !!! I was so excited when I got my paper that morning and saw my beautiful girl !!! ( I didn't know) If your talking about Funniest Animal Show , I can't stand that guy and those lame jokes he tells. I like the show,but not him....... Some of my other fav AP shows are: Animal Precinct, Animal Cops, Cell Dogs, Breed all about it , Thats my baby, Pet Psychic , Pet Star , (Is that all ?) The host of Planet's Funniest animals is a guy, a really annoying guy who tells really LAME jokes - I can't stand Planet's Funniest Animals because the host is SO annoying and it kinda ruins the show... :roll: Quote
