Guest Anonymous
keep correcting adam lol i like the name Leo.. Lilo doesn't fit him at all... and by the way your dog answers to Star lol. .. so like he'll notice an extra "L" in his name lol
kendalyn
The dog is not going to differenciate from Lilo to Leo. Eventually your son will be able to say Leo so I wouldn't change the dog's name.
pollysmith
I say keep the dogs name the same. Your son will eventually change to the correct form don't make a big deal of it and time will work it out.
Crystal
LOL DO, that is hilarious. In that case I would change it to, but Leo and Lilo is no big deal. I agree that eventually your son will be able to say it right. The dog will not be confused either. My son says Toby pretty well, but sometimes he just says doggy or puppy and Toby knows it means him. Dogs are very smart. I think they understand when kid mean them. Baileysmom
I say leave it and him alone  the rest of you continue to say "Leo" and Adam will eventually get it too..... when we adopted Bongo, Brads speech was pretty bad and he called him "Gongo" for a long time
imported_Kat
lol DO. I know friends of my sisters who had a lovely Turkish van kitty called Scarlett. They had a kid then and they liked the name so much that they called their child Scarlett and the kitty got its name changed to Garnet! :o

Clueless
Most of us have dogs that answer to several names, Daisy is Daisy but sometimes I call her sweetpea, or munchkin and she answers to them all. When we are talking about her she knows it because she has figured out who "she" and "her" is!!!
Cairn6
I don't think it matters most dogs don't really listen to the very young kids much anyway. It's what you call him that will matter.
