Malamum
Can you give a dog too many bones? Someone mentioned to me over the weekend that if you give a dog too many bones it will constipate them? Is this true, and if so how much is too much? Indy gets a big recreational marrow bone about twice a week and gets a small portion of brisket bone (eats the whole thing) about three times a week. Aroura
My dogs get bones every day and they are fine, though some dogs can get constipated from bones especially if they are not in proportion with meat. If you do see problems with her just puree some veggies with a little oil and an egg and it should pass right through.
