This is complete ignorance!!
This was on the news tonight. A house was found that had 44 dogs, most GSD mixes. They were all underfed, they had fleas, eye problems, and scars. They were living on top of trash and fecies. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: The owner was an elderly lady who took in a couple and then moved out because they got to hard to handle. The dogs just kept breeding. They saved 6 dogs out of 44!! The lady is charged on 6 counts of animal crulety and could face up to 3 years in jail. Very sad story.
There is an elderly female Great Dane listed under Special Needs Animals. What a lovely old gal.
