I saw that, the article came from my local paper :( Mr Beck definetely sounds a bit "out of whack" I wish the author would have stated his opinion as usually his articles and answers to questions are not bad.......

what is out of whack is people breeding poor specimens and then forcing them to fight.
and last i checked, they were terriers, not wild animals, not even "like" wild animals.
i have never met a mean pit bull, for what it's worth!

i think this is the saddest man i've ever read about. youd think with him being in the field of work he's in, he'd know people make a dog, unless the dog is born without a home and grows up on the streets, how can you honestly say the dog is "out of whack"? even if the dog is "wild", it's not out of whack, it's just
a DOG!
