Bensam, I totally agree with everything you said ! The world is in a sad state ! :( Please tell me! what happens to the dogs of these breed types already residing in these areas when the new legislations are brought in ? Do they have do be muzzled in public or euthanased or what ? I think some of the breeds mentioned on here beggars belief :o some MAY be wise i don't really have experience of all of these breeds :-? but still only for on lead kinds of restrictions nothing harsher than that is really ever necessary is it ? :(

Really wow what a coincidence you coming here !!! I wish I could offer you a bed for the night to break up your long journey but I only have a 2 bed terraced and there's 5 of us and 2 dogs squeezed into it !! And tonight we also have snowpaws (my kid sister) and kodi a siberian husky who is shedding like you wouldn't believe !!!!! Anyway hope you have a good journey. :D :Dog_run:

Hi Marion sorry to hear about your mum's troubles . Yes I would go along with what Daisysmom advised. Does she jump all over you when you return to her after being separated ? :roll: If she does I would completely blank her until she stops jumping up then praise her once she calms down she will learn very quickly that she gets no reward from this behaviour. Oh Jen we're the same !!! :roll: I stay on here until stupid o'clock usually 2am ish then I'm absolutely knackered everyday and every night i vow i won't do it again !!!! And I have got kids too two 9 year olds and a 7 year old so I can sympathise,I'm glad I'm not the only one !! Hi Marion So sad to hear about sue :cry: We had a dog at club who bit me she didn't mean to she was going for another dog and missed I had to go to casualty and get a tetanus and everything but I couldn't blame her,a week previous she had been rescued from an outside pen where she had lived for 6 years with hardly any human contact and no socialisation with any other dogs. I didn't even tell her owner actually she saw her snap towards the other dog but she didn't notice that she'd caught me !!! I didn't have the heart to tell her so I waited till she'd gone and then told the other staff members then!!! I hope sue is ok and will make her way to the rainbow bridge in peace. Bless her little heart :angel:

Well I am biased but I have a springer spaniel and we live in the city she gets 2 good walks a day but she could go all day !!! They are great pets and only medium sized ! Very loyal and loving,they are the whole package !!! Go on, get one ,go on !!!!! :Dog_run:

Glad to hear bk is grown up now though ! I can't imagine my 2 EVER growing up but then i guess springers are never supposed to are they !! You can get doggy shampoo for white dogs ! my neighbour has a westie and it works great for her .

I can't believe these restrictions ! :roll: Great danes !!! are you mad !!!! :o all the ones I've ever met have been great big soppy dogs who wouldn't hurt a fly !!! Is this just because of their size ?? Does this mean these breeds have to be muzzled and kept on a lead in public ??
