Dog Attack/Face Transplant

Has anyone been reading about the woman that had the face transplant ?
I read today in our local paper, she was attacked by her own dog, a Labrador..... :wink:

Wow! Sad that it was her own dog! I always wonder the stories behind though , why the dog attacked.

:lol: Actually that was the exact reason I put the story on here.....you almost never see stories about any other dogs except Pit Bulls, Rotts, etc...... attacking people. :wink:

What I'd like to know is what preempted the attack...... :hmmmm:

I think the story has been tidied up quite a bit. From what I have read, the woman whose face was bitten partly off was unconscious after a suicide attempt after fighting with her daughter. For whatever reason, the dog took after her then.

To add to the weirdness, the woman who was the face donor, died of suicide after handing herself.
