abker17 Posted October 7, 2005 Share Posted October 7, 2005 Abby's developing the bad habit of stealing food off of the table (Only our small coffee table that's down on her level.) and even right out of my kid sister's hand or our friends'. (She knows better than to take anything from me or my mom and dad. But my sister and her friends/my friends really aren't forceful enough when they tell her no.) She's never done this before and I want to stop it before it gets any worse. Do you think this is another case of her being dominant? I'm thinking maybe lately we've been too lenient and she's forgetting/challenging her place in the family. Besides re-enforcing NILIF, what else could I do to stop this habit in its tracks?
