Ania i Salma
I was thinking about work in UK, but I have doubts :-? Did anyone from other country (for example Poland, Germany, Czech Republic) leave to UK with his dog and start "new life" there? Is it difficult to find job if you have a dog ? Rowie-the-Pooh
We have a member here, Kat, who is going to move with her dog to the US to start a new life with her dog, too! :) Although she is going to go to the US and not the UK, I'm sure she can help you out. Welcome to Dogomania! mouseatthebusstop
your dog must have a "pet passport" or do six months in quaratine. accomodation would be harder to find with a dog what type of work would suit you
abker17
Mouse, what's a "pet passport?" Can you explain this to me more? I thought that all dogs coming into the UK had to be quarantined for 6 months, no matter what.
Ania i Salma
My dog has passport and chip. My vet said that quaratine wasn't necessary if dog had passport and rabies serological test. But this test must be done six monthts before travel. I'm afraid of problems with finding accomadation with dog :-? I'd like to work with animals - on farms or in kennels. But I know finding this kind of job can be difficult :( I want to leave in June or July next year, but I have to look for a job right now, because if I don't find it, I won't make serological test

I think only a few countries have this program, not sure though.
