I don't like that there are so many "No" choices, which divides the "No" vote so that it looks like "Yes" is an overwhelming win. If you add "No, it's an over-reaction," "I'm worried about what they'll ban next," and "punish the owners, not the dogs" (all of which are valid arguments against BSL) you get 36% No and 49% Yes.
