Second, a Poodle and a GSD have very different bone structure. You're going to get an imbalanced looking dog with possible joint/bone problems. ALSO they have very different temperaments. Ugh. If you want a mixed breed GO TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY or dog pound! While I respect truly professional AKC breeders striving to improve an existing breed these other guys are just profiteering and creating countless unwanted shelter dogs down the road. She came home and told me the lady is looking for help on her farm,( it'd be great but they live 45 mins. away), she also said that she's "Really getting into dog's now". I'm like, What do you mean, she's breeding them? Mom: Yes Me: What kind are they? Mom: Umm, I think she said one was a Dachshund cross and the other was a Lhasa Apso. Me: So they're breeding the so-called designer dogs. Mom: Yeah. Me: *rolls eyes* People are idiots, why do they have to breed dogs just because they happen to have a male and female?? Mom: *upset* What's wrong with it? She's been able to sell every single one of the pups?! You need to quit reading your dog books and going on that dog page! It gives you wierd ideas! You think people are going to have perfect pets and a perfect world! Needless to say I was quite upset and wondered if maybe I was overboard for a little while. :-?
