Thanks to everyone with all your knowledge. Especially you K :D It has been 10 years since I did this with my much loved Kassi girl. She is playing with all other fun loving dogs in heaven and I miss her still :angel: Nellie is a fine golden with great genetics and personality. I am so excited about the big event and we plan to keep a pup. I think I am all ready with my whelping kit, but would love to have a good book on whelping. Is there one that stands out for anyone? It is always nice to have a referrence. I am fairly new here and am enjoying all the posts. I finally got her stools firmer with rice and pupkin in her food. Thanks for the advice.
