Okay, Jared has to work today, so when I got on the bus after school, I was running kina late from my science teacher, and so there was like no where to sit but by Megan. Which is totally cool, she may be a total prep and a blond, and a little irritating, she means well, and is a rather nice girl. So, we get to talking, and she mentioned how her dog is peeing on the floor. Which I was guna ask about, but I THINK her dog's rather young, and have learned to keep my mouth shut when it's not THAT important of something to deal with dogs, otherwise I go on for hours, and people get mad :oops: She then said about how she was thinking of breeding her dog, once again, I tried to keep my mouth shut, and hear her out at first. She was like "but then I called her breeder, and she said that since she's rather small for her breed, then she might have larger pups which would be bad" I'm guessing her dog's a small breed, she told me once but I can't remember what exactlly now :roll: So anyway, I'm like thinking "phew, one less litter in the world" so I told her about how people have asked me if I'm going to breed dogs, and I tell them no, and I told her about all the dogs in the SPCA and stuff, trying not to sound rude, and how tones of people don't realize what goes into breeding and stuff, and she was like "oh I know! I didn't want to just do it blindly, so I looked stuff up and everything, and basicly you get no money out of it, and it's a LOT of hard work! I didn't think it would be that hard to do it all!" and I was like totally stoked now, becuase wow, she actually looked into it! That's so great for her! And I was like "yeah I know eh?! You have to get like your dog tested and certified for any health problems that might be in the breed and stuff" and she was like "yeah, I know! And you have to feed her real good stuff and everything too" then she told me she's going to just get her pup Spayed instead of all the hassel and worrying of neighbor dogs when she goes into heat, or puting her through anything bad during a pregnancy. I was so happy, that just totally lightened me up after school! This is someone i figured had no experience with dogs, 'cept you gota feed and walk 'em, and how to train them simple things... like most the people in this town, in fact that's more then most people in this town know about dogs :evil: if someone like her, who usually blindly goes into things, can look up all this info and learn all about breeding her dog, and in the end decide to get her spayed, that means there MUST be hope for the human race out there right? :D

I always get all uptight when kids I know go on the subject of dogs, because most of them don't know anything about them and say totally un-true things, it takes all the energy I have not to go off on em'. :-?
