imported_Kat
hi there, I never mind people coming up and asking me questions at shows but I don't like them doing it or touching my dog before i go in the ring or immediately afterwards either. Those times are reserved solely for bonding time and time to cool down respectively. I would say to watch the movements of certain handlers and catch them when they are sitting down or when they aren't grooming their dogs. Have fun at the show
mouseatthebusstop
I expect people to come over and ask me questions but as cat said not just before I go in the ring, I don't mind just after I've had people asking me if they can take a photo
zigster
I love to have people come by while I am at the show. The only thing that I don't like is when they have dogs (pets) with them and let them go right up to my dog. He is very excitable and that gets him too worked up. But one thing you definitely want to do is ask before you touch the dogs. And just ask them if they have a minute for a question. Any nice exhibitor (handler) will at least let you know when to talk to them later.
