I love to have people come by while I am at the show. The only thing that I don't like is when they have dogs (pets) with them and let them go right up to my dog. He is very excitable and that gets him too worked up. But one thing you definitely want to do is ask before you touch the dogs. And just ask them if they have a minute for a question. Any nice exhibitor (handler) will at least let you know when to talk to them later.
