courtnek Posted April 13, 2005 Share Posted April 13, 2005 I have this ongoing issue with the dogs when going into the yard. one of them slams past me and gets to the door...I got sick of it and started training sit stay at the kitchen door before the stairs. (they will kill me knocking me down those stairs) TONIGHT..FOR THE FIRST TIME! they BOTH obeyed. sit/stay was ordered, both stayed till I got down the stairs (without injury) and they were both let outside and played with.
