hicksstar Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 I have a new 2 and 1/2 year old Aussie Bulldog and would like some tips on increasing his appitite. I currently feed good quiality dry food with fresh mince I then add either Vegies/pasta/rice/cereals/yoghurt and eggs etc, He isnt really to interested. His previous owner fed dry food and I have tryed this alone and still not much luck. He is slightly under weight so is eating something, I also have a female in pup so I am trying to keep an eye on who's getting what. I tryed seperating them but then they both wouldnt eat, Now I feed her tired up so they think that they are eating together but she cant eat his food. Could it be that they are just so in love with each other "LOL". Any advice would be appriceated. Quote
TDG Posted July 22, 2004 Posted July 22, 2004 have you considered digestive enzymes, so he'll be able to utilize his food better? you can also feed green (unscalded, unbleaced) tripe. it stinks to high heaven, but most dogs can't resist it. Quote
