Well Fluga and I spent all weekend training SAR and it was so much fun, lots of dogs and lots of training and playing, a weekend well spent. We worked very hard every day and on monday at the end of the seminar, we were avarded a certificate that we passed the C-test, wich is the first stepp of three to becoming a certified rescuedog, now we have to work for our B- test and finally our A-test. What is in fact really amazing is the fact that Fluga is almost 6 years old and we had only gone like 7 times to trainingclasses before the seminar, so that has to be a very fast learning dog to be able to accomplish this feat. What is involved in the C-test is that the dog has to search an area and find a lost persone, one or more, signal the find to the handler (in her case barking) and show the handler where the persone is, then the dog gets to play with the him.
