I was again surfing on Crest-Care's page and found theese poor dogs that have been abused! :( Please! If I would have the possibility, I would take one of them myself, but I don't! So please, look at them and see if you have a little hole in your home that could fit a little Chinese Crested!

Tasha and Skeeter are seven year old sister and brother. They are very bonded and must be adopted together. Skeeter is very athletic but is a lover too. He loves to play with his little ball. He thinks he is a big watchdog and barks at anyone passing by the house!

Tashie has some health issues which might cause problems later on. The worst being a herniated disk in her neck. She is very good at protecting it but can not be bumped into. Tashie also has a luxated patella in one knee and arthritis. She is a very demanding little sweetie. She has to sleep in bed with you under the covers and she has to be in your lap if you are sitting down. She will paw you until you let her.

They can not be in a home with children or rambunctious pets. They are not candidates to be flown. If you have a lot of love to give, these are the two for you

Happy- He is an adorable hairless, 6-month-old male who came to us with trust issues, due to having been abused in a puppy mill. He is getting more adventurous and trusting everyday. He enjoys going hiking in the mountains, he is an active outdoorsy dog who likes to sleep with his humans at night. For a puppy he is very well behaved and will be a protective and loyal companion for the right person. His ideal home would be active people who want a dog to tag along with them to the mountains or beach or just around the block. He is being fostered in Nevada.

Petey - He is a handsome, silver colored, 8 year old, true hairless, 7 pound male, with special needs. He suffered from abuse at some time and has an old badly healed break on one of his front legs that he is on rimadyl for. He also has luxating patella's that he takes anti swelling medicine for. He was hopping around on two legs for a while but with the medication seems to help and he is now getting around very well. In spite of all his troubles he is a very cheerful happy little guy. His ideal home would be with someone who wants to carry him around and give him lots of love. Petey has had a hard life and deserves as much love as possible. He needs a soft pillow in the sun and a lot of affection. He gets along great with other dogs and cats; however, since he is so fragile he will not be placed in a home with a puppy, large dog, or children. He needs to go to a home with a warm, dry climate. He is being fostered in Nevada.

Butch is a white, male 21lb powder puff, he is 1.5 yrs old and stands 17" at the shoulder. He will need a special family as he is very noise sensitive and fearful. Because of this, he can NOT be shipped. He would like to have a submissive playmate in his new home but no small children. He will chase after cars along the fence if left alone in the yard or when walking on leash. Butch will whine when he wants something but is not much of a barker. He needs a lot of love and patience and is learning to trust people and tolerate noises. Butch is housetrained. If you think you have the time and patience to help Butch learn to trust again, go to our website (Owner App Form) and fill out a Prospective Owner Application. He is being fostered in PA. Diana - She is an adorable, 6 pound, approximately 6 year old, true hairless female, who came into rescue in July 2003. She was found as a stray and taken by Crest-Care from a shelter after no one claimed her and her ten days were up. Diana bonds quickly with her human, but is leery of those that she doesn't know well, and tends to be a one person dog. She can be quite fierce about protecting her territory, but with only a few teeth, her bark is much worse than any bite she could every give. Diana has a condition called
