The first step--don't allow her to make you uncover your arms or feet. clamp them on your side, turn onto your stomach and tuck yourself up like a turtle if you have to, don't allow her to bully you into pulling your arms and legs out of the blanket. You could stare her down, (not always a good choice) verbally reprimand her, or give her a squirt bottle spritz with a firm "no" even being spayed may not stop it if you don't train her not to do it right now.
