Guest Anonymous Posted March 13, 2002 Share Posted March 13, 2002 Sadie, female, 11 month old last night started to experience back hip problems in trying to climb the stairs. Her left side is very tender and when we try to assist her either going up or down she growls and resists our efforts. She had a rough night sleeping and moan at times.Think she injured either trying to climb up on the bed. She looks depressed and moves slowly. Ate her regular meal and we gave her baby aspirin with peanut butter. She is a good natured, active dog. Let me know your thoughts on visiting the regular vet or hospital and the type of questions we should ask. Also what would you recommend in the meantim. Guest Anonymous Posted March 13, 2002 Share Posted March 13, 2002 I would with out hesitation take her to see the Vet, until then I would try to keep her from climbing or anything that may make the problem worse.
