Like goo, I too heard about this on another forum. If you click and drag a large amount of the VISIBLE text, you will then be able to see the not so visible 'secret' message. We were speculating why this site was done this way, if it is even for real, etc etc. I believe the address is not even in a valid format. May just be another sick twisted mind at work.

I may have found something that works...

You can get the Keep-Safe Breakaway collars for your dogs, these collars can be worn all the time. There are two D rings side by side on the collars, to walk the dog on leash, just clip your lead to BOTH of the D rings at once. I have one of these collars for each of my dogs. Of course NOTHING is going to be a perfect solution, I fear that should one of my dogs get out and someone grabs them by the collar, one little tug and my dog is still going to be out there with no id. My experience with the collars is that they DO breakaway easily just as they are supposed to. I suppose if two dogs are wrestling, and one gets their teeth caught in BOTH D rings, it would still be a problem. Here is a link to one place you can get the collars from, I'm sure there are others.
I think mum should be charged with not leaving enough blankets to keep Duke warm
Well now, in mum's defense, Duke is probably like my girls and a great many other dogs. Provide them with bountiful bedding, blankets, pillows, teddy bears whatever, they STILL want to lie on whatever does NOT yet smell like them! 8) I will wash sheets and blankets, remake the beds, tuck the blankets nicely around the pillows etc. Every single time, Brittany or Candy will paw at the blanket until they can lie directly on the pillow! Spoiled varmints. I guess the court has no choice but to simply issue a STERN warning :nono: to all parties involved except for that :lilangel: Duke. CASE DISMISSED for lack of evidence and just cause.
-
Hm, I object your honor! 8) Circumstantial evidence! As Duke's legal counsel, I demand DNA testing of alleged dog hair found on article of clothing! Even if the alleged dog hair IS found to match Duke's DNA, maybe the shirt slipped to the floor all by itself! And maybe Duke had a good scratch thereby disloging some of his hairs and they drifted over to the shirt! Then again, maybe Duke just got away with the 'crime' by turning those loving innocent doggie eyes on you all!

Oh I just cannot resist, based on the title of this thread, I don't know too many HUMANS who bark enough to be annoying anyway.

I had to login and reply! However the pit got out, she DID help break up the mauling. When Jesse was younger, if I had seen a child being mauled by ANY dog(s), yes I would send him out but I would be hot on his heels! Yes I would be risking his life but YES I would risk a dogs life for a child. Not sure about the girls, perhaps Brittany as she too would NOT bite a child but I don't know if she would take on the two dogs. Candy would surely take on the dogs and also would not deliberately bite a child but she is so small she would not have much chance. I would like the MEDIA to pick up on this and heap some well deserved praise on the pit girlie who may well have saved that boys life.

Many MANY years ago I met my first Irish Wolfhound. I was at a show in Upper Marlboro MD, saw these huge beautiful dogs and walked over to get a closer look. I got more than I bargined for, one male casually turned to me and stood up and put his paws on my shoulders! I was staggered, both physically and emotionally! I fell in love right then and there. I've seen quite a range in colors, some so dark grey as to appear black. Stunning dogs.

Packed the pack in the van Saturday and drove out to Lynchburg VA (2.5 hours away!) for agility trials. Candy ran twice on Saturday and twice on Sunday. We qualified in each though her AGI run Saturday was not very pretty! It was HOT and my girlie does not care for that. She bounced back though and had a clean run in AGII. Oh and bees were very heavy both days, quite irritating to us all, thankfully none of my pack got stung. One woman there got stung both days and a dog got stung Sunday. Gnats were also in abundance, quite annoying. Sunday morning, we only lost 1 pt in AGI and again had a perfect clean run in AGII. We are by far not the fastest team out there but that is because of me! She got two 3rd place ribbons and best of ALL we earned the UACH title which means she is now an agility CHAMPION! Since these trials were further away, we stayed in a hotel out there, did not get very much sleep at all. I am a light sleeper and there must have been 7-8 trains that came through, each one HAD to blow their horn as they passed through. I was up for good by 3:30am, just could not sleep. Luckily I did not doze off at the trial! A friend taped two of her runs for me, can't wait to see them. Now I have to train even harder as Agility III is next, at this level, you can be no closer than 6 FEET from all angles to your dog as they navigate the weave poles and must also send them to the table or pause box from 6 feet away. This ought to be fun.

Agility finds another species...Agility fans LOOK HERE!

I came across that the other day, I actually think it's pretty darned neat. Good golly I have enough trouble training my dogs, can't imagine training a cat! I'd love to see a cat agility demo live sometime. This just cracked me up, they have the CATWALK! But of course! My mother swears her cat understands English and one of my brothers cats will play fetch for quite a time. Anyone who has the patience to teach a cat agility, my hats off to them! -
I believe the average life span of the Belgian Sheepdog is 12-14 years. Jesse is just past 12, both his sire and dam were into or very close to their 14th years when they died. A note on perspective, I of course see the age in Jesse's eyes and the slower step, so many people though upon being told he is 12 are amazed, say he does not look and certainly not act that old! Does make me wonder how do they think a 12 year old dog SHOULD look and act.
Hi...I have been asked to co-own a dog. This dog is mine.Someone else wants it to breed when old enough. How do I protect myself? I could keep the AKC papers but this person might not care about having them. If anyone is out there that knows anything, please reply. Thanks.
I personally would not want a co owner on a dog of mine. If you do not trust this other person 100%, do you really want them to have a say in breeding and making money off of your dog? I'd say thanks but no thanks!

Good for you and Meg! Sounds like you two have a wonderful bond and a super working relationship! It's a beautiful thing.... 8)

You SAY Mia is your baby, but by your response to our concerns it SOUNDS like you care more about doing whatever YOU want to do and not necessarily what is in Mia's best interest. It SOUNDS like you do not care too much about the health and happiness of your 'baby'. Not to mention the best interest of any puppies she might have. I won't mind one bit being wrong on this, I hope you educate yourself a great deal before you breed your BABY. You might want to check out the Backyard Breeders/Puppymills thread.

Please seriously listen to both K and Nancy B. K is right, the last thing this world needs is yet another unethical irresponsible person who breeds dogs. JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN is not a good enough reason. You will be assisting in creating LIFE, please see to it that you weigh this decision very carefully and assist in creating the best possible living creatures you can, after all THEY have to live with any mistakes YOU make. Please share the name of this kennel that has been breeding for 45 years. I believe Kimbertal kennel has been breeding for quite some time but I ABSOLUTELY disagree with the bulk of their breeding, raising, and selling practices. Your LITTLE girl is 9 months old now, if she comes into heat in the next 5-6 months, she will not even be a year and a half old much less the much safer 2 year mark. Now of course part of what makes 2 years or more 'safer' is IF you then have her hips xrayed, any other genetic test that can be performed on a Dobe is done etc. You say you ALREADY have a stud picked out? How does he compliment your little girls attributes? What if as she matures she gets too tall or too long in body or has other physical attributes that are not correct for a Dobe? How does the stud offset these flaws in her? In other words, is he strong in an area she is lacking? I'm sure you think we are all just criticizing you without knowing you, not really the intention here. We just care a HELL of a lot about dogs and puppies and want their lives to be happy, healthy, and spent with people who love them always.
Hah! I can do you one better! Look at my avatar. Now imagine this... these same dogs were in my car at a gas station when someone peered in, gasped, and said, "Are those long haired Pit Bulls?!" ?:-??
Ah yes the exceedingly rare and much sought after long curly haired pit bulls! And they only bite criminals! Get yours today, this offer not available in all states. One day Jesse was out front with me. Some kids rode by on bikes, I heard one tell the others, 'that there is a WOLF!' He had all the assurance that only a preteen can have. Didn't help that Jesse trotted across the width of the yard to watch them go by.

oooh Courtnek! I'm only seeing the red X now but I KNOW what photo you are referring too! Just thinking of that one still gives me the heebie jeebies! 8)

Sharpeigirl, I hope Sassy turns the corner soon and decides it's time to eat and get better. Are there any restrictions on what foods she can have? Some nice grilled chicken, a hot dog, even just a little bit of bread or pasta? Mine think bread IS the food of the dog gods but don't get too much, just bits here and there. They ADORE canned biscuits, especially Grands. They also love pasta. I think she needs something that will perk up her appetite. Poor baby, she needs to be told how lovely she is and how loved she is and how she better darned well get better or she's gonna break a lot of hearts! com'on Sassy girl!

I don't think Ferky1 has misunderstood the Limited Registration issue, I did not see in his post that he wanted anything other than what he was promised when Miles was purchases. Miles has been neutered so there will be no breeding anyway. Ferky1, you are not asking about getting Full registration are you? Still want the Limited you were promised?

Glad to hear Sassy came through surgery ok and is resting. Here's hoping she will be home soon and the two of you will be chasing each other around the yard again.
