Guest Anonymous
To anyone who knows anything about the adorable French Bulldog: As a first time owner who plans on spaying/or neutering her Frenchie, which is the best gender to get? I've heard that the different genders have different personalities. Is this true? I have also heard that coat color influences personality.... any thoughts on that? Do I get a boy or a girl!?!? :(
Guest roo
I am here :o Ok, Frenchies are HARD to get hold of  I had to wait over a year for my first one :o To be honest with you, i think be it boy or girl it will not matter, Do you have any other dogs or cats. If dogs what sex and breed. As to the colour, i have not noticed any particular difference in temperement etc. If you really want a frenchie pet, go and see the pups, see who chooses you  But be prepared to wait, wait, wait. Good luck Roo
Ickle
Think you may find the coat texture changes Roo it does in most breeds. The sex is a personal choice and only you the prospective owner can decide what you want there. The dog is an easier choice when it comes to the operation. DogPaddle
If you are very lucky and search very hard you may find that excellent breeder who will spend time with you, know their pups and make a suggestion of what sex and even individual pup is right for you.
