HebaNova Posted November 29, 2005 Share Posted November 29, 2005 jezeli chodzi o polise oc to nie ma zadnych warunków i dodatkowych regulaminow towarzystw, wszystko okresla prawo polskie i kodeks cywilny - i jesli nie doszlo do rażącego niedbalstwa ze strony wlasciciela a mimo tego pies wyrządził szkodę, to ubezpieczyciel odpowiada i płaci odszkodowanie.
