Guest Anonymous
Here is a poem by me. It is compyrighted. Please don't take it. A Border Collie's Dream Where his steps come, there comes the sheep And where he looks there are crystal streams He hold his glance, and in his sleep He is the the paragon and lord of dreams White, they are, Like mountain snow Brighter than sparkling fountain glow He's lighter then the footsteps of the moon More delicate than an angels tune Standing off in the field, he looks As if out of legends and books He watches, committed to his duty With effortless grace and untrained beauty. Starshadow black and snowshine white His colors gleam in the moonlight His face the light of forgotton years He looks around without any fears On this night as still as thought On a breeze heaven brought He pauses with his nose to the sky In his dream where fairies fly He stands alone and from afar He watches the shine of a glittering star On this night, so calm and clear He'll watch his sheep till dawn appears.
