hi well don't know if you will remember but the lady i fostered for packed in her rescue so i was at a loss to what to do ,my friend Jacki and i had asked loads of rescue if we could help in anyway but we got the same answer your to far away to foster but you could transport we did for a bit but i think we both knew we wanted to do more so jacki and her hubby David and my hubby Darren and i got together and decided that we would do something for ourselves ,we got monies together and started helping the odd dog that had no where to go until we got in contact with a lady called Brenda who was desparate for help as she had too many dogs in her rescue so we started having pups from her and now once every 2-3 weeks we get pups over and rehome them and we know that we are helping we are called Angel's home rescue and all the donations we get we get more pups over and it pays for food and injections ,petrol to fetch them and collars and leads and all the little bits that we need ,we enjoy doing it and are doing a little for all those dogs/puppies that need a little help.Any help would help from fosters/home checkers to advertising our rescue by word of mouth so we can get more good homes.

Hi all been really busy started up with a friend our own rescue on a small scale but it helps a few dogs ,so not really had much chance to come online with phone calls and everything ,just got broadbandso it should make it easier ,hope everyone is ok all my lot are fine .Hope to get more time online once we got sorted out more .love to all :lol:

:wink: We give pills by gettinga hotdog sausage and putting the pill in it ,pushing it in the end of it .if that doesn't work we get a cheese slice and fold it up in that . I don't have any Nail there very short as i work with dogs they break with all the messy work you have to do lol.

I think everyone advice is right ,as i have read through all of the posts on this i can see many things that has been said apply to Kelly-Marie our Jrt Cross she like to come to us when she wants a cuddle other than that she sleeps in her bed or with one of our Gsd's or the other JRT we have .Kelly-Marie is 21 weeks old and has always been a little bit timid with us but at night she gets on the bed and cuddles up to your feet or round our necks with the other Jrt but its taken all of 10 weeks of having her to do this .I am sure that your little puppy will come and always be sat with you with time .

AWWWWW they are all lovely :angel: i have pictures of dinkydoodle and Kelly-Marie but not got baby pic of Jerry-Lee or Max as they where both older dogs . :-? :lol: My Favorite breed has got to be the Jrt & Gsd as i own both ,have had Lab,cross breed before . I would never want any other dog but i do like most breeds except westie and scottie dogs erm don't shot be for it westie and scottie owners sorry. 8)

We Have 4 Dogs Jerry-Lee ,Gsd ,4/6Years from rescue.had 3years Max ,Gsd 2 1/2 Years from rescue.had from 6 months. DinkyDoodle Jrt 15months from a breeder.had from 10wks Kelly-Marie Jrt x 14 wks from rescue .had from 11 wks That's my lot but you never know if another might just come along :lol: Tracy&gangxx

:o I put yes to fostering dogs ,we have fostered 7 Great danes ,2 gsd and 20 puppies in the last 2 years but i know have to change my vote to NO as the rescue that i foster for is shutting down .My last foster Pup Pebbles went to live next door to me ,she is a little westie cross ,was astray i was handed her from a couple of kids found her in the street ,i had to keep her 30 days before i could rehome her she is so sweet and i see her all the time as she only next door :lol: Tracy&gangxx
