Part of me is so excited about having a dog again (I grew up with a Shih Tzu). However, being a mother of a 5 and 3 year old, I am scared that I may panic from more responsibility. Also, I live in a large apartment with a BIG balcony, but I will have to take my future pet down at least three times a day. I am scared. Help! Most of us get caught up in the moment, get excited, and don't think about the consequences, they additional work, cost, etc. Bravo to you for doing so!
