Looking for reliable alternatives for high-volume merchant accounts

Hey everyone, we've been running into some frustrating bottlenecks with our current transaction processing lately. During peak hours, our gateway sometimes lags or drops connections completely, and support isn't giving us clear answers. We really need a solid fallback option or a full switch. Has anyone here had experience moving to an established openpayd payment provider setup? Would love to hear some real feedback on how stable their routing is.

We actually went through a similar migration last quarter because of constant checkout drops. Switching over and testing an openpayd payment provider integration made a huge difference for our fallback routing. Transactions have been smooth since then, and support is much more responsive. Definitely worth a closer look if you want to fix those bottlenecks.
