Ok don't panic the same thing happened to me with our two yorkies. first of all you need to get some of that wood filler stuff. then you can remake the corner fo the cabinet. My husband did ours and you really cant tell. Can you get the same color of paint for the base? Use a LIGHTER color filler than the cabinets are and then you can darken it after it dries. Oh my Gosh this was so sad so very very sad :( We adopted our Gunner from the shelter, he could have been Sam................to think my Gunner could have been killed. If I left him at home he would have to go the the kennel :( and I dont think that is the answer. The area is new to him with many ohter dogs and kids and lots of exciting things going on however it really is because he is on his tie out. The collar sprays him with a burst of citronella and then he know his barking is unacceptable. we are training him to not bark on his tie out but with a holiday weekend and lots of other campers we needed a quick and painless solution. We thought it was much better than leaving him home alone or using another alternative like a shock collar. Tracy

has anyone tried those citronella collars for barking?? Gunner only barks while we are camping and of course it is usually when the campground is full :oops: so we bought one and only use it for camping and so far it has been great. of course he sleeps with us so he only has to wear it while he is outside. I wondered if any of you had any thoughts on that?? He really hates being on a tie out but it is the rule while at the campground. I know he will get used to it but it is hard for him as he runs free in our fenced in yard at home. :D Tracy

PRIMORSE :agrue: Everything I have read on this forum as well as TPBF have led me to believe that an APBT is not the vicious and evil breed that the image for this energy drink is selling. to me the real breed is the gentle and loving dogs that the people on these forums own and love and trust. I do not own a pit bull but I am not against them. I try to educate myself on the differant breeds rather than let my ignorance make a decision for me. As far as the REAL BREED I dont give a flip what you or the so called experts say. The real experts are the people who own and love the dogs. Not someone who writes standards and statistics ( they get them wrong all the time anyway) JMO Tracy

not only is that a horible portrayal of an excellant breed that product is geared for young hip hops' The same group who buy from BYB and think it is [i]COOL[/i] to have a dog like the one in the picture :evil: NOT the REAL breed that is loving and gentle. I see it in our town all the time. IZZY .............. you are a saint! Really you are. My son was in Mexico for a missions trip and the dogs were the first thing he talked about. He felt so sorry for the stray dogs he said they were everywhere. Thank you for helping so many of those poor poor animals. There is a special place for you!!! Tracy

We are the proud owners of Gunner. He was rescued from the shelter about 4 weeks ago. He is a lab mix and a BIG BIG baby!! We also have a cat Cinder who really doesnt like Gunner but he can run really fast! :lol: Tracy

My MIL yorkie brought her a dead mole on her pillow once! I would not like that wake up call! Gunner did the same thing a few weeks back. I am feeling for ya!! Hope he's feeling better!

You guys are great and yes I have been visiting the pitbull forum and you know what? I have a whole new love for these animals. I have learned so much about these so called mean dogs :P Thanks to all of you!
