Well i ment when they run off a platform dock w/e and jump inot a pool basicly. And yes like long jump.

Well it hasnt been 4 days, its been more like 2 or 3, but still... Ive been looking at him all day, and today he isnt really licking.. Its still there a little, but i donoo.. Hes almost 5, Im about to check Its still there a little, its going away though for sure, Befor it was there a lot now its only in a very small bit. We have been letting him sleep inside t=for the past few days, and he hasnt been out side much as he has no winter coat and its -38..I think it might jsut be traces of urine? It looks liek it . Its more..yellow then pussy or white. I'll watch him closly and repot again, but could his not being outside much he probably has to ...relieve himslef..ill see if thats it....... I think that was it, hes lookin happier now, and the liquids gone, but ill keep checking on him to see if it still persists, becuase you cant be too sure..

I told a lot of people I was going to put Duke in agility Again. Ive decided not to. I saw this thing on t.v the other day. This guy was working with his dog on obediance. He told the dog go closer and closer and closer to this ball. The dog go to close his nose almost touched it. THe dog did not look away from the ball not once. He barly even blinked. And the handler said when i say three get the ball. 1, 2, 4 the dog didnt move, 1, 2, 5 again didnt move, 44, the dog still stood still. Then he went, 8, 2, 4 and the dog grabbed the ball so fast. I thought that was great, I thought if Duke could do that that would be soo cool! So Ive decided to put Duke into obediance.

If you have a Male dog you should understand this..If you dont you'll still get it. But it will be weird. All dogs clean their privates. Every few days you'll see them cleaning down there. Well for the past, 4 days or so.. Duke(my dog) has been licking"there" constantly, It seems like, every 5 minutes hes cleaning. And I checked to see everyhitng was ok. And befor he licks it theres always this..pussy/urine/ goop there, which is what he licks away. Now i don't know if its just urine, Or if its nothing, but i was wondering becuase hes licking there alot. Nothings changed in his diet, Or coloring, or anything, everyhtings the same excapte its winter now. I hope you can just tell me if this is a problem, I really don't want it to be. BUt if it is.. Does anyone know what it is? I Love him very very much, and i would really hate to have something wrong. Please does anyone know what it is? Is it nothing? Is it something? Thankyou

WElll duke is a ridgeback, bull mastiff, cross a lot thats 21 inches high believe it or not. Hes almost 5 (the 15th hel be 5) hes a really swet guy to.

thats a good idea, mabey even ask amber if you can take the dog for a weekend and train him? If you can, Im not a big sister, but jsut see what you can do tell her you would like to train the dgo see what she says

AW.....I feel so terrable that the puppy has to live that way, BUt your lil sis, amber shes nice, she will care for the dog. Mabey just tell her that you guys should play with him, and teach him stuff, mabey it would be ok with her then you would be a bit better knowing hes been a LITTLE trained and she would have fun? If not then mabey ask tang if he got the dog his shots. And if not then Um..I donoo, just keep a close eye like you say you are, and keep us posted. Our prayers, wishes are with you. Your in a tight spot, but everythign WILL be ok.

I dont have a sign either but those ones made me laugh! I wouldnt need a sign to talk about duke becuase when visitors come he runs to the door and meets them and sometimes bark a little then settles down and lays by the fire and sleeps... Hes a great dog.

sorry shara BUT its not my fault! I went uptown and the dog was in teh house with my dad when we got back my dad was gone, so HE left duke off his run..sorry shara it wasnt my fault case when theres no one else home i tie the dog up, my dad didnt :wink:

hhmmmm...........pauly might be afriad of your husband becuase he feels domanited,. Ive seen that lots....But other than that...MAbey he just favors you:D I don't know what to tell you becuased pauly might feel like your husbands too manly. I...kinda dont agree... Yes tell him the dogs died of course!! But i know a 6 year old(just turned 7 actully ) And youd be suprised what he knows. I mena no he isnt a geniouse but still. When you say hes only six. You mean that like, hes still a lilt kid(they are) and he wont fully understand death. I dont know this kid, but i know Gage is smart. Hes had a few deaths in the family. And he fully understands death. It may be differnt here thasn there but he understnads death and everyhitng. I am not getting mad Im just explaining that yes there young but they aint stupid! lol really. Just tell him ____ our dog___ Is gone now. He was hit by a car, and he died. And just expalin to him that the dog wont be here anymore, and that hes not going to be aroung the house hes dead. I know what you mean Deeg duke once was locked in my sisers room accedentally, and found her easter chocolate bunny, ripped open the case and ate the whole bunny it was a solid chocoalte bunny to, it isnt as big as a cake, but he still ate it and everyone asaid he was fine to.

Well.... When we went to the spca, we saw duke(formerly..rooster.. :roll: ) and on his paper it said he was GS/Bull mastif/mastiff. And so my mom thought Duke was a good name becuase he was about 7 months i belive when we got him and he was about 20 inches tall so my mom thought Duke was aa good names becuase Dukes are huge men and she thought hed get soo big!!! hes grown an inch in the past 4 years.....

Ya, i havent given him milk, in a long time so dont worry:wink Plus he also wont eat potato skins. I know he cant eat potatos case he cant digest them and all, but potato skinds he wont touch.

BOXER!!!!! I love boxers, there nice, palyful, animals, but on teh other hands, mastifs are pretty awsoem to... MAstiffs are big adn if you have all the space matiffs are great pets. BUt if you dont have a lot of room Boxers are one of my favs But eitehr way you have to show us pictures!!!!
