newsperskindd654 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I didn't go to the casino to lose. No one does. But every trip ended the same way — broke, angry at myself, promising to never come back. The shame wasn't just about the money. It was about breaking promises to myself, over and over. I had to learn that stopping wasn't about willpower. It was about finally being honest about what I was running from. What emotion hit you hardest when you realized gambling had become a problem? Quote
anjhella76 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Man, I feel this. I've walked out with that same feeling more times than I'd like to admit. It's easy to get caught up in the idea of winning big and forget it's mostly luck. What changed for me was switching from chasing wins to just playing for fun. I set a budget, stick to it, and treat it like entertainment — like paying for a movie or a night out. I've been using casino app in pakistan and I like that they have low minimum bets so I can play longer without risking too much. It took the pressure off and made it enjoyable again Quote
