Sea freight for growing but still small volumes

We’re not a big player yet — shipping home goods from India to Europe in small batches, mostly LCL. Trouble is, many companies we contacted don’t take us seriously unless we’re moving full containers. Anyone know a forwarder that works well with smaller, growing businesses?
