[B]Registration: [/B][B]you should full entryform and send to Jonava club (by e-mail or by post or by fax) together with copies of pedigree, champion and/or FCI working certificate and payment. Unless these documents the dog will not be registered. Registration fee will be given back only in case of death of dog or if the show will be cancelled by organizers fault.[/B]
[B]Dog registered in the baby, puppy or veteran class can not be considered to be the 1st registered dog. The discount for the 2nd and next dogs can be applied only if the name of the owner and his/her address is completely identical with the 1st entry form.[/B] Dogs with docked tails and/or cropped ears may not participate in the show if they live and were born after 01-01-2013 in Lithuania or other country where tail-docking and/or ear-cropping is not allowed, only cases when the owner provides veterinrian certificate.
[B]We do not check out dogs or do not do any replacements in registration![/B]
[B]The club[/B] [B]reserves the[/B] [B]right to substitute[/B] [B]judges[/B]

[B]VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS All dogs participating in the show or other competitions must have a valid certificate of vaccination against distemper and rabies. Vaccinations are valid one year. In case of the first time vaccination or expired vaccination at least 30 days must have passed between the vaccination and the show or competition day.[/B]
