I think the temperment of parents is passed on in dogs, thats why no good breeder ever uses an aggressive dog in their breeding program.

PennHip is newer, so not as many people are familair with it. In my opinion they both test the dogs hips and can give you good, honest rusults. Its just a matter of personal preferance

:evilbat: This is a sad problem, The dog is definitly not in the right hands. Dog abuse is something that can be hard to prove, but if you think the problem is serious enough call the Humane Society. Dog abuse is a problem that is far too overlooked in the USA.
