Aww how sweet HollyWood! Every one that saves a dog from somewhere and just doesn't throw them in the back yard and lets them be has a big peice of my heart going towards them! Everyone is allways together! No matter what!! :wink:

Well all these stories should go in to a Story Time Post (like I made a couple days ago) but ohh well!! Story time!:) We were having a house warming party and a whole bunch of the old neighbors came from our old house along with all the old dogs and Shasta and gimzo were playing and Shasta a White American Eskimo was running in circles around the yard and then he dicided hmmm lets take this inside...so he's runing and darts towards the door which is closed, He's still running and boom he hits the door and just kinda slides off it and then keeps running! It was a OMG moment....the fact that he ddin't see the door wasn't open! He was fine though!

k, ohh well not everyone can have their dogs inside with the family...Many diffrent reasons could trigger this...allergic to dogs dander...their hair...the dog is just out of control...many reasons...if some one has a problem with it ohh well it's not their dog! Thats the way I see it! Dogs are built for it....now if you want to spoil your dogs then let them live inside (that is what I do) but as long as you dont have 50 dogs!! :-? :P :wink:

Here in Arizona there are 20,000 + Heartworm cases a year and where I use to live was the worst place for heartworm :( SO She has been on Heatwrorm medicine since she went for her first shots!! I recommened Heartworm medicine........ :wink:

well I just went into the Gallary and the listed one was thrid....soooo the first one is a Aberdeen Terrier....go look it's really! really CUTE!! Opinion, Maybe we do it off the gallery.....pics are right there and I think every breed is on there!!! :wink:

man ohh man I remeber those nights!! Last night gimzo had to sleep somewhere other than the bed....she didn't do that bad...she went in to the crate and slept so maybe the Jack does that too!

[i]so gizmo will be about 7 months old by then? Is that the age dogs are supposed to be spayed? Is it the same for large ands small dogs? I cant remember when Freckles was spayed. I know people have discussed this before but i was just wondering what you guys came up with?[/i] Allmost 7 Months.....Most places I called asked if she was at least 5 1/2 months old...so I guess that what they should be....But I have heard they can get fixed at any age like puppy wise....before 5 months....but that wasn't for me! Yup same for all sizes of dogs! K - Thanks!! I might worrie a little bit but everyone will be here! :D

well what we do is everyone around the neighborhood, if we meet I say she is a mutt, at the dog park I tell the truth, and at car shows and on Mill Ave. I usually tell the truth, but for her own sake I have to sometimes tell a fib! :roll:

Excuse me, I just put my opinion..ok! Like I said Great Danes have Big Ears (if not cropped) a long tail, a growing great dane is a little larger than a rotti and they are big! Also they have loose skin! So dont tell me what's up unless you have a reason to ok!!!! Now if this is the person that posted this post...you made it seem like you weren't there..so whats up? Were you there or were you not?? It was a guess....ok! Understand that....it came across you were upset that I said it was a great dane...chilll girly...or boy which ever.... :wink:

awwww, yeah she is gonna get lots of love the daybefore and a bath and a brushing and get to play in her pool, maybe the last time for a while and we are cutting down on the laser so she doesn't even remeber about it when she is healing, and she'll play with the sprinklers....all the things she wont be able to do for a while...ohh and how did I forget the Dog Park!.....well all I can do is hope for the best!!

well if someone was extremly worried about salmonella all they would have to do is cook it, steam it with out any oil unless its safloil or soemthing like that oil...cut it up let it cool and just serve it that way.... :wink:

Well I took her in to the Vet's this morning and she got a check up and I said that she as been limping around on her back leg (she dug up the planter a couple days ago and that is when it started) and the vet said ok there are a couple things that it could be and the worst thing it could be is Valley Fever, well I was like JUST MY LUCK, so they took x-rays to see if they could see anything ($54.00) and then it came out negative, but she wanted to check ou withthe hips also, and I was like if it's negative then she most likely just sprained her muscle or something like that.....I dont have the money to just go x-ray crazy lady...I wanted to say that...she is fine....BUT other than that, I will get her back tonight and she will be fixed! So hopefully nothing goes wrong during the surgery, all that I can hope for is no phone call all day long. :-? But we weighed her and she is 42.2 lbs! She is getting bigger, the vet said that her growth plates in her legs are starting to close or heal , basically she is done growing upwards and now it's really gonna start with the growing of her head, neck, and all muscles!! Yeah :D :) - Well everyone I have called the vet and they could not get Gizmo in for the surgery until July 24th....SO lets all hope Gizmo doesn't go into Heat before that!! o.k. Well I just thought I would tell anyone...if anyone cares! No food the night before after 6:00 - 6:30. Drop her off at 7:30 and I should get her later that night....so I hope they are good to her.... When I get her back will she still be a little knocked out and out of it? My dad is gonna let me borrow the truck so she isn't all squished up in the 300! Do many dogs chew on their stitches :-?
