  1. You might try small dog groups at first. Or if you live in a bigger city there might be a place that has puppy "happy hours" where the puppies can go into a room and play with other puppies for an hour or two. That is how we started to socialize our boston terrier when she was a puppy. We gradually moved to the dog park, beach etc.

    Training

I have had my boston terrier for about 1 year. She is a good dog for the most part but we are having some problems. 1st is house training. I crate her after she eats but then she will still go in the house later on in the evening sometimes. There are bells by the door that I ring when I go outside hoping that she catches on. But she rarely uses them. She is at daycare during the day-inside but allowed to go anywhere inside on the cement floor. Second is when we are at the beach. She steals other people's balls and will not come or drop the ball. It is so embarassing  but I don't know how to get her to stop. Any help would be great. Thanks!
