I don't intend to breed him or take him to shows, but I would like to know what breed he is. There's no way that even a vet or expert could tell me. Thanks for any opinions and if anyone else has any idea of which breed he seems to be, please share it with me. Thanks!

I adopted a dog from someone (who lied about many things about the dog). They told me that he is a toy American Eskimo with a little bit of Pomeranian in him. However, on the vet records they gave me, it said Pomeranian in print and /toy American Eskimo written in pen next to it. To make a long story short, I had to receive a faxed copy of the records from the vet and on that one, the writing is not there. What breed is he? Other pertinent info.: He weighs 12.2 lbs and is about 10-12 inches tall.
