peanutiest Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 Hi all... newbie here. :) Would some of you seasoned vets (as in experienced... not necessarily the doggie dr. kind ;) clue me in about my dogs tail wagging? When her tail is flipping back and forth... does this necessarily mean she is happy? I've heard conflicting answers. Your input is very appreciated.
