I took him to have him neutered last week and it turns out that he has an upper respiratory infection. Of course they wouldn't do the surgery. I now have to wait two weeks to try again. I am giving antibiotics. I guess the trouble is that the more time I/we spend with the little guy the more I/we like him. I can't keep another dog if I am going to foster.
