pyrless
now THAT is a punishment that fits the crime! Finally! Painesville is only about thirty miles from here. Maybe I should go out there and Blair Witch her sorry ass. :evilbat:
AllAmericanPUP
she was sentenced to ONLY one night in the woods....not enough if you ask me.....
maybe not but it's alot better than the usual slap on the wrist that most animal abusers/neglecters get
__crazy_canine__
I wish more judges were like that. Give them a taste of their own medicine.... Thanks for posting that AAP. Made my day. :P
DogPaddle
I like his other sentences too. He is a cool judge. Which of course means someone will stop him. *sigh*
courtnek
thats what I'm afraid of. some ultra liberal ACLU lawyer or activist screaming civil liberties and cruel and unusual punishment..wouldnt be the first time...
imported_Debbie
I LOVE his brand of justice !!! :kciuki: Pyr....that would be SO righteous !!!!! :evilbat: Court....you're right, in this day and age criminals have more rights than the victims, it seems..... :-? Guest Anonymous
I like the judges ideas! It would definately make people think twice about repeating thier actions. Embarrassing someone would hit them a lot harder than slapping them with some petty fine. I do think it should have been for more than one night though... imported_Kat
thats a brill idea to do! Definitely better though I wonder if she will learn her lesson
ObedienceGrrl
This judge has been doing sentences like this for a long time. My mom called me and told me about this She went to see the babies after they were taken in and said they are all beautiful!! But this judge is awesome and I've always thought he's been fair.
