Pumpkin the musher Posted July 28, 2004 Share Posted July 28, 2004 Allot of old mushers used the same trick- all it tended to do was make a them hand shy and prone to fear biting. "Old" methods aren't neccesarily the best- There was a story about old eskimo mushers who would worm their dogs with bleach :o . sometimes it killed the dog, but the ones that survived didn't have worms...
