I live in Richmond and plan on visiting and am even considering doing volunteer work there. I was a volunteer at the present/old building, for multiple reasons, one of which was MY safety, I had to give it up. I like the idea of a large indoor walking track for the dogs. Great concept! And great for these homelss dogs too! Thanks for sharing, I love to hear good stories like this one.
