Miniature pinschers

The smaller the dog the quicker they are to reach there adult size - I would say a year for a min pin, but will not be fully mature until at least 2 yrs old. A large breed like an Akita - they don't fully mature until about 3 or 4 years (depending on who you talk to) and won't reach full grown size until then.

This also depends on the health of the dog, quality of food, etc.

IN MY YEARS OF RAISING MIN. PINS. THEY ARE AT THE TALLEST AT ABOUT NINE MONTHS, THEY ARE AT FULL MATURITY AT ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF TO TWO YEARS OLD. GOOD FEEDING IS ALSO VERY IMPORTENT TO ANY DOG, THE MIN PIN. SHOULD BE WELL EXERCISED AND NOT OVER FEED, THEY WILL LIVE A LONG LIFE IF THEY MANTAIN THE RIGHT WEIGHT FOR THAT DOG, THEY ARE VERY FUNNY PEOPLE
