Guest Anonymous
If anyone can help, please write..... I have a six weeks old female labrador with swimmers syndrome. She was "hobbled" until she started to walk, at about 16 days old. She walks, runs plays normally but her little chest is very flat. Mt current Vet, has little to no experience with this and offers little advice. Is the anything I can do to help this conditions. I thank you for any and all advice and so does little "KAI". "KA HOKU O KE KAI" MEANING.... THE STAR OF THE OCEAN. ALOHA
Guest Anonymous
the compression from flat puppy syndrome sometimes causes rotation of the humeral, radial, and femoral joints...so it is good that she walks/runs/plays normally...many recover with a normal conformation and limb use...you might ask your vet for a reference to a specialist that can provide therapy, if you believe it is needed...no harm in doing at least an initial consultation............miami347
