pawelg Posted April 29, 2012 Share Posted April 29, 2012 Slyszeliscie o sytuacji na Wegrzech? Po 15 maja MEOE praktycznie przestanie istniec w swiecie kynologii. Oficjalne info od strony wegierskiej: From 15 may 2012 is forbidden for the MEOE to organize dog shows, and give out pedigrees. There is a problematical situation between the Hungarian goverment and the MEOE since 1998. There is an official pedigree, which is not FCI pedigree, and there is the MEOE pedigree , which is not official by the goverment, but accepted by the FCI. The goverment like to regulate the Hungarian caotic dog breeding situation. That is why the law says, that is forbidden to organize dogshows in Hungary without the permission of the goverment. Those organizations, who not keep the law, wil penalized for 80.000 euro. Those judges, who judging at a forbidden show, will penalized for 1000 euro. The goverment wants to force the MEOE, to reorganize the Hungarian kennel club as a united of independent breed clubs, and want to unite the official goverment pedigree, and the FCI-MEOE pedigree. info z facebooka: it was your kennel club this was happening to - you could no longer have your dogs registred in FCI by your kennel club as it did no longer exsist !! you could no longer attend a FCI show in you country !! all you national judges could no longer judge !! your native breeds could no longer get an FCI pedigree !! you could no longer export the dogs you have breed to other FCI countries !! The new hungarian law say that the state are allowed to close down the kennel club. The state don't like that the kennel club is connected with FCI, If nothing happens before 15/5-2012 the Hungarian Kennel Club will not exist! The dogs who are born in Hungary with FCI-pedigree can enter Shows in FCI countries but they need a visum from the state for have the right to leave and come back to Hungary! jo-jo Posted May 9, 2012 Share Posted May 9, 2012 Jest jeszcze jedna sprawa - pierwszą wystawą CACIBową po "zawieszeniu" ma być CACIB w Komarnie, zgłoszenia były dalej przyjmowane, ba przedłużono termin. MEOE na moje pytanie co dalej z wystawą, napisał jedynie że można zgłaszać, ale czy wystawa się odbędzie tego nikt nie wie - wszystko wyjaśni się 15 maja. Wystawy chyba będą organizowane, ale chodzą słuchy, że organizator musiał będzie mieć zgodę Państwa, psy wwożone do Węgier będą musiały mieć specjalne wizy, tak samo jak wywożone. Psy urodzone po 15. maja nie mogą otrzymać rodowodu organizacji macierzystej tylko jakiś państwowy papierek (nieuznany przez FCI ?!?). Bardzo niefajnie - mam nadzieje, że uda im się wywalczyć maksimum ustępstw i węgierska kynologia nie zostanie unicestwiona. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Trochę to dziwne, chyba, że miałoby to dotyczyć zorganizowanych transportów, czy transportu powietrznego, bo chyba przez takie widzi mi się nie zamkną granic, nie zainwestują w cała urzędniczą kadrę przy bramkach granicznych (od nowa?) i nie będą kontrolować każdego samochodu, bo akurat tam może być pies. Chyba nie ma innego sposobu jak czekać na informacje i wesprzeć kolegów kynologów węgierskich choćby duchowo (bo co by to było, gdyby to się u nas zdarzyło, ba to jest calkiem mozliwy sceniariusz, które chętnie zrealizują "cioteczki" od skrzywdzonych piesków, bo to nasza wina, że jest tyle psów w schroniskach, psów katowanych itd. itp.; ustawa już się kroi...). Napisałam do mojej dobrej znajomej hodowczyni, tu macie co mi odpisała: "Hello Anna! The situation is that the government wants controll over the dog breeding and they are figthing for it long time ago. They made law for that but our kennel club did not deal. They fined it many times. Now they made new changings in law which say big fine if club organizes shows or makes pedigrees for dogs without the permission of the government.Actually nothing is sure because this laws are very stupied and mostly not valid for dogs.So we do not know what will happen, but if not possible to make here pedigrees, we will make in other country.The kennel club is FCI member and I do not think that this would change.Dogs do not need visa.... Haha! It must be a joke! Rules are valid like in all Eu countries. So you can travel without any problem.
