Lucky shoes-4 pairs + 1 shoe most of the books in my room newspapers chairs-4 all 4 corners of the carpet dog bed (lasted a whole week! ) dining room table legs coffee table legs the stairs garden hose Chaos Nothing!!! (I think I misnamed her) exept she likes to rearrange the house. Shell move all HER toys onto my bed, and all MY stuffed animals and pillows in a pile in the living room :hmmmm:

Both my dogs are mixes. Lucky-border collie/golden retriever and Chaos-ummmm no clue. Although she kinda looks like a black dingo.

[color=red]Chaos graduated from Advanced Puppy class tonight. She got a certificate with her name on it and a picture of her wearing one of those little grad hats it was so cute! I'll post the pic in a couple days when I get it developed. And they lied to us and said he was from a breeder who had kept two of the other puppies to be showdogs (He's a mutt!) Luckily he turned to be healthy. Just the other day we met his brother (same pet store, same breeds, maybe not a brother but from the same puppy mill) who was only a year old and had to have both hips replaced at only 9 months. I will NEVER but from a pet store again. My other dog Chaos was rescued. (from a shelter)

Wow thats a lot even for a pet store. The one we got lucky from ( :oops: ) only charges up to $1000 and Lucky was on sale for $200 cause he was getting big.

Will you take them back? since you bred them (even if it was and accident) it's your job to make sure these puppies will never be abandoned in a shelter which means taking them back if their new owners no longer want them, and to make sure they are all fixed so none of their offspring are abandoned.

Every morning when I let the dogs in the yard they immediately go to find the long grass to graze on. its like letting the horses out each morning. To answer you question, just like Sanvean i'm sure she's fine, just don't let her eat any grass that might have pestisides on it.

Ok, i know some people are afraid of dogs but its just a little pathetic to scream every time you see one, especially one that was lying down :roll: I remember one day I was walking Lucky (this was before we got chaos) in the OFF-LEASH DOG PARK and i started to play fetch with him. Then these two people and their kid came and plunked themselves down on the grass and start eating KFC. by now I'm thinking "how dumb can you get?" because they walked past the HUGE sign that says, YOU ARE NOW ENTERING CEDARVALE'S OFF LEASH DOG AREA. Before i can stop him Lucky bolts to the people and sits politely down in front of them. then a big string of saliva gets caught in the wind and lands right on one of them. They all scream and run. Later I see them playing with their kid in the park and the KFC about 10 feet away from them on the ground. theres about three other dogs enjoying their meal while these people dont even notice :o

We used to feed Nutro before I found out about the pentobarbitol and actually read the ingridients.

It was a tie between herding and sporting cause I love border collies, but I also love retriever of all kinds. But if i HAD to pick I'd pick herding.

Does anyone remember Puppy in my pocket toys? They were little plastic dogs that you collect and they came with names and cards and everything. I used to have about a thousand of them but my favourite was a Collie named Lucky. It kinda seems like a babyish name now, especially for such a big dog. The people at the shelter we got Chaos from called her Brat, so we wanted a name that reflects her personality. (and it does!) The other name I really wanted to name her was Jade, but (obviously) Chaos won.

We buy Bil-Jac buscuits but I've never seen what the food looks like. and like daisysmom said feed them at specific times because there is no way you can make them eat their own food if their alone all day.
