kendalyn Posted January 3, 2005 Share Posted January 3, 2005 Probably not. "Private Breeder" is a pretty broad term. It would encompass anybody breeding dogs who doesn't hold corporation status. So that is basically almost everybody. It's nothing special. It has nothing to do with the ethics of the breeder. Does that answer your question?
